CORRECTIONS
Document the error; we will trace the claim
Corrections are evaluated against the calculation source, the cited public record, and the assumptions shown to the reader.
What to include
Identify the page, disputed statement or result, the inputs needed to reproduce it, and a primary source supporting the correction. For rate issues, include the state and data period. Do not include utility-account numbers, full bills, payment information, or other sensitive personal data.
How corrections are handled
Confirmed calculation, transcription, source, or material clarity errors are corrected in the site source. Material editorial changes receive an updated page date or explanatory note where context requires one. Version-control history preserves the technical record of published changes.
