Compare appliances that do the same job
Generic savings percentages are not enough for a purchase decision. Use energy figures for the actual products, costs you have not paid yet, and a realistic ownership period. If capacity, output, or workload differs, the calculator will show the energy costs but will wait for you to confirm that the comparison is fair before showing payback.
